Caz (Caroline) Hunter, originally from Northern Ireland, and now resident in Co Wicklow, is an up and coming contemporary artist. Caroline's work emerges from the heart connection she feels when painting and the freedom this brings to her self-expression. Her particular use of colour in her interpretation of life's rich palette of experience foregrounds a style and techniques that are deliberately non-conformist.

Her art is an invitation to audiences to connect with their own hearts and to take a journey through colour with her.

She has enjoyed success through exhibitions and the RHS has exhibited several of her paintings.

Recently Caroline entered into a collaboration with poet Anne F. O'Reilly and together they produced a book called 'Singing from the belly of the whale'.
